Custom printed clothes require
a little love. To keep the graphics looking fresh and juicy for many months
(or even years!), stick to these few simple rules:

  Always wash and iron inside out! This is absolute rule number one.

  Low temperature: Wash at a maximum of 30°C (or 40°C if
  clothes are heavily soiled, but 30 is the safest option).
  Choose programs for delicate fabrics.

  No harsh chemicals: Do not use bleach or strong stain removers.
  A gentle powder or liquid will be perfectly sufficient.
• 🌪️
  Spin: Reduce the spin speed (preferably to 600-800
  revolutions/min) to avoid unnecessary stretching of the material and print.

  Away from the dryer: Don't dry our T-shirts and sweatshirts in the dryer
  drum! High temperature may damage the print (cause it to crack or

  Ironing: Iron only on the reverse side . Never touch
  hot iron directly on the print!

for you, this process takes a while:

   From the moment we receive your payment, we usually need 2-5 business days to print and prepare

   Once your order is ready, we hand it over to the courier. Delivery time is another 1-3 business days.

At Goose in a Bow Tie / Pyra w Brylach we don't have big
warehouses filled to the ceiling with ready-made clothes. Our physical products
are created in the "print-on-demand" model.

Don't worry, it's not a defect! It's the smell of a biodegradable fixative that helps the ink bond to the fabric (making the print permanent). The smell disappears completely after the first wash.

Thanks to Printful technology and the Stanley/Stella base, the prints are very durable. If you follow the washing instructions (step 1), the print will last as long as the fabric. Just remember not to iron directly over the print – if you must, do so inside out.

Stanley/Stella clothing typically has a modern, slightly fitted cut ( medium fit ). It's best to measure your favorite sweatshirt or T-shirt flat (underarm width and length) and compare it to the size chart provided with each product.
